Give it to me, baby!

This title, though a little provocative, is obviously intentional.

It’s never long before people recognize my communication expertise and approach me with a request for a “little favor.” I understand—after all, it’s a natural response to something pretty obvious.

When I hand them my business card and explain that what they perceive as a “small favor” is actually my profession—the result of years of practice, refinement, trial, error, and ongoing learning—and that this expertise comes at a price, dedicated to a specific type of client, sometimes I get a puzzled look.

Yes, what I do may seem easy—almost as if it’s a skill that fell from heaven. It appears so effortless that people forget the value behind it comes at a cost. Sure, the innate talent was there—I have a knack for words. But the truth is, it only seems easy because I’ve spent decades refining this skill. I’ve studied, failed, and picked myself up time and time again.

Remember the early days of driving a car or learning a new language-when the rules, controls and reflexes seemed overwhelming. Mastery takes time, dedication and perseverance.

This principle also applies to writing – which in the course of the years has evolved into premium ghostwriting.

Many seek my help to write stories that achieve specific goals while finding a tone that resonates with both themselves and their readers. Lending my pen isn’t just about mastering languages or placing words on a page-it’s a refined blend of technique, intuition and empathy.

The reasons why people ask for my help are as diverse as the people themselves-and that’s exactly what I like. Almost every request is inspired by a book I’ve read or a study I’ve explored, providing me with the tools I need for the task. Writing goes far beyond linguistic mastery; it requires a certain understanding of human psychology, negotiation, personal branding… Knowing the personality types on both sides of the table is often as important as the words themselves.

Listening beyond the words: understanding their ” why ” as a first step.

Are they looking to persuade an audience with a convincing speech? Do they need to navigate a tricky conversation with a difficult customer, boss or colleague? Are they hoping to close a crucial deal with a promising prospect?

Distilling the true purpose behind a message-even when the customer is struggling to articulate it-is what makes all the difference. There’s always an intention; nobody writes just to steal other people’s time (or so I’d like to think).

The most exciting part? The chameleon effect.

A premium ghostwriter has to adapt effortlessly to different voices, styles and industries. One day, I’m writing a high-impact corporate or political speech; the next, a deeply personal message. A tone that’s too intellectual for someone who speaks naturally in a direct, unadorned way creates a disconnect. Writing must not only reflect the individual, but also resonate with the audience – otherwise, the message falls flat. Each situation requires a tailored approach, a keen sense of charisma and intellectual agility to guarantee authenticity and impact.

The main characteristic of the premium ghostwriter is its invisibility. If readers detect my hand in the writing, the effort has failed. The aim is to disappear, leaving the customer’s voice to take center stage. It’s also why I refuse to meet candidates whose cover letters and CVs resemble AI-generated templates-lacking the essential human touch that makes each story unique. AI can be a tool, but depending on it to replace personal thought and effort is a major mistake. The future of work won’t be built on automation alone; it will depend on the irreplaceable value of human skills, and that’s where I make the difference.

So, when someone asks me for a “little favor”, I smile-and hand them my business card.
